Childcare FAQs

  • We provide childcare for children ages 16 months to 5 years in a safe, engaging environment tailored to their developmental needs.

  • Our childcare program operates Monday - Friday, from 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM to accommodate your work schedule.

  • Yes! We understand that parents want to check in on their little ones, and you’re always welcome to visit. However, to ensure a safe, structured, and smoothly running environment, we recommend limiting in-person visits to prevent disruptions in your child’s routine and adjustment process.

    To help you stay connected, we use the Brightwheel app, where you’ll receive real-time updates, messages, photos, and activity logs throughout the day. This allows you to check in without interrupting your child’s engagement and development.

    If you ever have concerns or need to visit for a specific reason, just let us know—we’re happy to accommodate!

  • Currently we do not offer single-day or drop-in childcare at this time.

  • Our childcare space is designed for safety and engagement, with:

    • Dedicated, professional staff trained in early childhood education.

    • Secure, state-of-the-art facilities with age-appropriate learning and play areas.

    • Small group sizes to ensure individualized attention.

  • We provide complimentary snacks in consideration of allegies and ask parents to pack a lunch for their child.

  • To keep all children safe, we follow a strict wellness policy. If your child shows signs of illness (fever, vomiting, contagious symptoms), we ask that they stay home until they are symptom-free for 24 hours.

  • We understand that transitions can be tough! Our staff is trained to provide gentle, reassuring support to help children adjust comfortably. Using the Brightwheel app, we’ll send you updates to let you know how they’re doing throughout the day.
